Join us for calming yoga sessions on Tuesday and Thursday. We offer Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Hatha Flow classes designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. No experience necessary.

A chair yoga class is a gentle, accessible yoga practice using a sturdy chair for support, adapting traditional poses to be done while seated, focusing on breath, alignment, and mindful movement to build strength, flexibility, and calm.

No experience necessary.

Restorative Yoga

Schedule: Tuesday 6:00-7:15 PM

Restorative yoga is a slow, passive practice focused on deep relaxation and healing by holding gentle, supported poses for extended periods (5+ minutes) using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing the body to fully release tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system for stress reduction and rejuvenation.

It's about "active relaxation," promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

No experience needed.

Hatha Flow

Schedule: Thursday 6:30-7:30 PM

Hatha Flow yoga blends traditional, alignment-focused Hatha poses (held longer for strength/flexibility) with the fluid transitions of Vinyasa, creating a steady, mindful movement sequence linked to breath, making it accessible for all levels while building heat and body awareness at a slower pace than pure Vinyasa.

It combines breath control (pranayama) with postures (asanas), offering a balanced, grounding practice.
