By accessing or using the Peak of Wellness website, booking classes, purchasing products, or participating in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Peak of Wellness provides the following services:

• Yoga and meditation classes
• Wellness workshops and events
• Curated wellness products (via affiliate links)
• Educational content and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Booking Process

Classes can be booked through our website. Bookings are subject to availability and capacity limits. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments through Stripe. All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class time are not eligible for refunds. No-shows will not receive refunds or credits.

To cancel a booking, please contact us at theshoreoils@gmail.com or call (908) 463-3470. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3.4 Class Capacity

Classes have limited capacity. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but advance booking is recommended to secure your spot.

IMPORTANT: By participating in our classes and services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are in good physical condition and have consulted with a healthcare provider regarding your participation in yoga, meditation, or other physical activities.
• You understand that physical exercise involves risk of injury, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
• You will inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participating in any class.
• You will not hold Peak of Wellness, its instructors, employees, or affiliates liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation.

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are recovering from an injury, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in our classes.

Our website features wellness products through affiliate partnerships. When you click on product links and make purchases, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or availability of third-party products
• Product pricing, shipping, or fulfillment
• Returns, refunds, or customer service for third-party products
• Any issues arising from your purchase of third-party products

All product purchases are subject to the terms and policies of the respective retailers. Please review their terms before making a purchase.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for classes and events

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual who violates these conduct standards, without refund.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEAK OF WELLNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
