Class Equipment & Experience
Do you need to bring your equipment?
There is extra equipment available. Usually one brings their own mat since that's a personal preference.
Are essential oils used in your yoga class?
Yes, essential oils are used if one would like to partake in this extra offering.
Are crystal bowls used in your yoga classes?
Yes, in Restorative Yoga and the Hatha Flow class, crystal bowls are used to help one relax further and raise one's vibration.

Class Booking
What classes do you offer?
I offer yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday:
Tuesday 1:30-2:30 PM: Chair Yoga
Tuesday 6:00-7:15 PM: Restorative Yoga
Thursday 6:30-7:30 PM: Hatha Flow
Classes are held at I Am Fitness, Middletown. No experience necessary. Each class includes use of gym equipment for the day, pool, and sauna.
Do I need to book in advance?
While walk-ins are welcome, I highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Each class has a maximum capacity of 10 students, and spots can fill up quickly.
Can I walk in without a reservation?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is subject to remaining spots. I recommend booking online to guarantee your place in class.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book classes up to 2 weeks in advance through the online booking system.
What is the class capacity?
Each class has a maximum capacity of 10 students to ensure a comfortable and personalized experience for everyone.
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! My classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. I provide modifications and guidance to accommodate everyone.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring:
• A yoga mat (I may have limited mats available)
• Comfortable clothing that allows for movement
• A water bottle
• An open mind and positive attitude
Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Payment & Pricing
How much does a class cost?
First class is free. After that, each class is $20.00 per session.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards and debit cards through a secure Stripe payment processing system.
When is payment processed?
Payment is processed at the time of booking through the secure checkout system. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, I use Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your full payment information is never stored on the servers.
What if my payment fails?

Do you offer refunds?

Currently, the booking system operates on a guest basis. You can book classes without creating an account. I may introduce user accounts in the future for easier booking management.
I'm having trouble booking a class. What should I do?

3. Verify your payment information is correct
